Shipping Policy

Place your order by 12 noon Pacific Time Mon-Fri and we'll ship it the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 noon Friday and over weekends or holiday's will be shipped the following business day.

Free 7-10 Day Delivery Continental US Ground

Free ground shipping is available for any order to be delivered within the continenatl US. Delivery generally takes 7-10 business days. Free shipping is usually via USPS. A signature is not required to receive delivery.

Expedited Delivery

2-3 Day Delivery and Overnight Delivery are both available options at checkout for any order to be delivered within the USA. Simply make the appropriate selection while checking out.

Return Policy

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip, and indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return.
